Case study No. 2: dean’s italian steakhouse

After the successful launch of the Dean’s Italian Steakhouse brand in Charlotte, North Carolina, they sought to open a new location in downtown Austin, Texas. I oversaw the profile launch, growth strategy, influencer outreach, and creative direction. Within its first 3 months of opening, the restaurant grew by 3,000 followers, gained 5,350+ website clicks, and garnered 4,000+ organic engagements. The profile quickly surpassed the follower count of its original location, successfully establishing its presence in the Austin market. The brand will go on to build a third location in San Antonio, Texas in 2025.
